Executive Assistant (Part-Time Contractor)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Vice President and global leadership team. This is a part-time position offered under a third-party contract, with the potential to become a permanent role. The selected candidate will provide secretarial, organizational, and administrative support for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities in a global context. This position offers flexibility in terms of remote work; some days will be remote, while other days the candidate will need to be on-site at the Palau Solità i Plegamans plant in Spain. Main Responsibilities: - Manage the Vice President's calendar and emails, coordinating with teams across multiple time zones. - Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and business trips (including visa applications, travel tickets, hotels, and car rentals). - Oversee travel expense management using Excel or the Concur system. - Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external meetings, events, and logistics. - Provide hospitality and support to guests and employees. - Prepare presentations and documents as needed. - Coordinate the global calendar for the CVS SLT leadership team and manage global email distribution lists. - Organize quarterly Townhall meetings. - Manage invitations, scheduling, and setup for global meetings. - Collect and process global data (sustainability reports, sales figures, financial statements, market data, etc.). - Provide translation services (e.g., official letters). - Assist in the implementation of the timecard system. - Handle special tasks and ad-hoc assignments from the Vice President. - Organize events and manage associated logistics. - Manage direct communication and administrative support for executives in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. - Adapt to a dynamic schedule, as this role requires interaction with teams in different time zones. - Perform other duties as necessary. The core areas you will concentrate on are:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with HawkAI's overall objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of the technology roadmap to drive growth and scalability.

- Optimize the use of technical, human, and financial resources to maximize efficiency.
- Manage the infrastructure budget to ensure responsible use of company resources.

Product & Technology Development:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered modules, utilizing techniques such as ML, DL, MLOps, and Generative AI.
- Ensure solutions meet reliability, security, and compliance standards while designing robust, scalable, and secure architectures for production environments.
- Supervise cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, ensuring secure and efficient management.
- Define agile development processes and establish technical standards to ensure high-quality code and timely product delivery.
Collaboration & Cross- functional alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, product, and sales teams to align technology solutions with market needs and business goals.
- Collaborate across teams to provide technical insights that inform not only product strategy but also the selection of working tools and market solutions, driving feature development, operational improvements, and overall company strategy.
Who are we looking for:
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
- You are able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal skills in both Spanish and English are a must.
